Great experience renting a storage unit for a year and a half. The service provided by Darlene and her team is the best that I've ever experienced at a storage facility. Would come back.

My co-worker Joett and I had to stop by today to perform a fire inspection, and Darlene was quite hospitable. Enthusiastic when she didn't need to be, meaning, we weren't her customers but she treated us as if we were. By Darlene going out of her way to offer us Coffee, water, and even M&M's, it really made our work experience even more enjoyable. Wow! Customer service at its finest! It is so refreshing to see businesses with such amazing pride in what they do. The facility is very clean and the staff is A+. I used this unit for work related reasons and every time I came to utilize my unit, I was greeted by my first name. This top Nott service is such a rare thing to find in many businesses but I was fortunate to find this one and I want to pay it forward by recommending anyone who needs a storage unit to come here. You will not be let down!

This place has awesome customer service. Rana was extremely helpful and patient helping me choose my storage unit. It's also pretty chilly in the units which is a good thing to prevent mold in my camera gear.

Had the pleasure of finding Darlene here at this storage place. She sold me before I saw the space. I was concerned with the size she quoted me and reserved but after moving all my stuff it worked out perfectly which ended up saving me money. I will only need the spot for a month or so but I will return if i need storage in the future. There's parking for big trucks and it's so easy going in and out. It's always so clean and I feel safe with all the cameras and alarms they have.

A-1 Self Storage at Hotel Circle is the best! Their staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I feel like they are family at this point. They truly go out of their way to make any situation as easy as possible. I recently upgraded my unit to a larger size and had a delivery arrive earlier than I had anticipated. The staff at A-1 were more than accommodating and were able to send everything I need electronically so that I didn't miss my delivery and was able to transfer everything without even being in town. Such a huge help!

Love this location, the location is very clean and organized, the staff are very friendly. Darlene is my absolute favorite among the staff, she is always very helpful, and happy to see me. She brightens my day. She always knows exactly what I need, and makes me feel extremely welcome.

Best storage place ever. The staff is amazing. They always go way above what they need to just to help customers. I've used storage units over the years and this by far the best. The customer service is just outstanding. Thank you a1!!
