This is by far the best storage unit experience I've ever had. The personnel (Darlene and Maira) are fantastic and are always super helpful. The place is always really clean (including the restroom) and the ladies are great at communicating when I receive a delivery or if something is off (i.e. The security thing wasn't working on my unit to alert them every time my unit was opened, so as soon as it was discovered, they called the repair man to fix it asap). I have used A-1 Self Storage in Mission Valley three times and each experience has been wonderful. Darlene is the best!!! She is so friendly and very helpful. I wasn't sure about what size storage unit I needed so Darlene took the time to show me a few units. Darlene did her best to give me lots of options and at the best price. Maria was also very kind and always made sure there was fresh coffee brewing for everyone. Moving is never fun or easy but Darlene and Evan made the process actually fun. While we were stressed and busy they were helpful with a touch of humor to make the experience pleasant. Started a 10X10 unit rental here on 11/20/15 to help with my mom and I's move from Orange County to San Diego. Worked with Darlene extensively over the phone and she went above and beyond answering our questions, fielding phone tag calls from the both of us, and getting me set up with my lock & the lay of the land. Throughout November & December my mom and I made at least 10 trips and always felt safe on the property regardless of being together or alone. We love this place. My business partner had a storage over here and he said for our new business this is the place. Darlene asked my name once and I don't how she does it but she remembers it, and says hi to me with a big and beautiful smile. You know business life, its always stressful, but when I see Darlene with her big smile, I start to smile too and I become happy. It's always clean, and they always have good complimentary coffee. This place is the place for my storage location as long I will need one.

Darlene and Maira have been a first class concierge service at A-1 Storage Hotel Circle. The staff is tops, the facility is first rate and the location cannot be beat!!!!! This particular facility was here for us during a very tender season as we had the storage to store the belongings of deceased loved ones. I'm giving this facility and location 5+! We have had two storage units here for over 3 years. It's clean, easily accessible but more importantly a young lady named Darlene manages it! ALWAYS pleasant, ALWAYS helpful and ALWAYS a smile and warm greeting
