Amazing Customer Service. Had the pleasure of being helped by Sonya today. She was very friendly and polite and made the process go very smoothly and quick. And a big plus for cleanliness. Would definitely recommend!!

My husband and I love this storage space! Sonia showed us around and was very accommodating when we wanted to see each storage spaces, we were set up to our new storage unit really quick and instructions given to us were clear.

I have used storage units for the last 20+ years, mostly with various Public Storage locations. They have all been basically good, and I have no complaints. But in looking for a new unit I stumbled across A-1 Self Storage on Ball in Anaheim and I have been very impressed! They offer everything that other storage companies do, but then they take it up a notch. I wish I had found them 10 years ago! Brianna and Sonya were very helpful as soon as I walked into the office. I store at another facility and I already like this one better. Brianna helped to show me the unit and was very knowledgeable. Definitely feel comfortable here.
