My fiancé and I recently rented two units here at A-1 to store all of our stuff while we were moving from one home to a new house. It was a lively experience. Elizabeth was always present, helpful and informative. On the day we moved out of our units, another renters kept setting off the building alarm. She was friendly and didn't get upset. It was truly a positive experience because of Elizabeth. We'd definitely rent here again and will recommend to others.

I showed up on a Saturday afternoon a couple of weeks ago, in need of securing a storage unit that day, and Elizabeth went out of her way to show me a unit and get me signed up even though she had just clocked out for her lunch break. A1 has really easy access and great customer service. There are no gate entrances with strange hours, it's right off of the 5, and there's even a kiosk to assist you if it's after business hours. The entire facility is clean and well kept and in a very safe area. Kayla the manager is always cheerful and ready to help.

I would recommend A1 storage to anyone! I actually had an issue with a neighboring orange storage facility being rude and unaccommodating so, panicked, I decided to call somewhere else. A1 was soooo friendly and helpful. They got me into a storage unit after 6pm with their easy to use kiosk. They helped me pick a unit that was the perfect fit for all my stuff and with a great deal for the month I needed it for. I am so thankful to A1 Self Storage!

i have been renting storage here for 13 years!! I have had to change units to fit my size needs and it has always been a smooth experience. I have used other storage companies previously, but none even come close to measuring up to A-1 Self Storage. The worst being Public Storage. Over the years there have been some manager changes, but that still never affected the level of service i have received over the 13 years. 5 stars easily. I did my diligence while searching for a storage place to store my stuff for several months while I worked as an in-home care giver for a friend's mother - aged 101! I wanted a location that was in between where I would be living temporarily with her and where I hoped to move to when my care giving was no longer needed. I cannot say enough good things about Morena Storage especially Ezra, on two different occassions he was so helpful to reorganize our two storage rooms with me. He never complained if the boxes were heavy or if I wanted to dig through a box before putting it back. He was very personable and professional and most of all patience. Thank you Ellen for having a wonderful staff! Hope you all enjoyed the plate of fudge and goodies, Happy Holidays!

Ok, had to move the BF into a storage unit recently and had a bitch of a time with another company, Public Storage. There employees were not at all helpful or accomodating, which I would usually chalk up to corporate policies that don't give peons any authority to 'think outside the box', BUT, we actually got a manager on the phone who was no more helpful.
