Kim was very helpful and really stepped up the bar to help me find a great space with easy access. I would recommend A-1 Storage to anyone including my own friends. Their hours are very reasonable for non-business hours access.

I cannot say enough good things about this A1 Storage. The people that work here are amazing and so hard working! The front desk, specifically Kim who is there almost everyday, is amazing. So helpful and flexible when it comes to needing to upgrade or downsize units. Kim is one of the reasons I have stayed for over three years off and on. She makes her clients feel so welcome. Very clean, manager always so nice and price is okay. The only complaint I have is the elevator was broke a handful of times when I went to go use it. So that was aggravating. Besides that I had a nice experience.

The customer service is excellent. The facility is very clean and very well operated. I felt very safe leaving my daughter's items there while she came home to the east coast. We will store our items here again.

Absolute best customer service in the history of ever. Kim was a pleasure to work with, and she made sure I was able to find the perfect unit size to fit my needs. The cylinder locks make me feel super safe about my belongings, and the ultra clean restrooms are a definite added bonus. Oh, and did I mention they have music playing through the building? Yeah. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Kim definitely scored a customer for life.
