Very friendly and organized. The agent on the phone walked me through everything and the property manager was super helpful. They made the process so easy!
Edson is great, checking in was smooth and easy. Location is convenient and Dollie's are provided

PRO: Easy access, clean facility, secure. CON: They quoted me a cost-per-month that seemed reasonable. Then, after a brief period, I received a letter informing me of a rate increase of about 25 percent. Then, a few months after that, there was another increase of another 25 percent or so. This is apparently a standard industry practice, which storage facilities are legally entitled to do, but it's also not something that they indicate upfront. I checked out and it went smoothly. The resident manage Ed is so polite, efficient and helpful. Often most places customer service is good at onset. Here it is good at start and at move out when one becomes no longer a source of income . That is rare and very much appreciated

Very helpful staff and best value in area. Building and units are newer, clean and well maintained. It is climate controlled and more spacious for less money than the nearby old Public Storage priced better.
