This is an All-Star storage facility! The staff members are always smiling and extremely helpful! Jeffrey is the man with the plan! He definitely cares about the customers needs and is always going the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy! my visit Tremont storage day was simple and easy! They had me signed up and rocking and rolling in less than 15 minutes! And with the first month free deal you're literally in It to Win It! Couldn't beat it even with the big stick!

Super clean storage facility!! A little hit and miss as far as when the office is open, but anytime we've needed hello or had questions, the man up there is awesome!!!

I have used a lot of storage units over the years. This one is very good. The front office people are buttoned up and efficient. I like that you have to enter in a security code to get into the building and then you have to enter it again to call the elevator. I appreciate the double level of security. The *one* thing I wish they would do is put a sign in the hallways with the numbers of the units in each of the rows. It would save a lot of time trying to find the unit! Otherwise, a safe, clean and secure facility.

Getting the unit was super easy and fast. The nice girl behind the counter was very patient and showed me how to use the lock I bought for the unit. I was able to access my stuff 24/7 with no issues and moving out was a breeze too. The only downside was that there appeared to be 1 or 2 individuals who may have been using their units for purposes other than for storage but they kept to themselves. Just dont go alone at night if you're a girl, just to be safe.

5 star storage facility. For 2 years now its Always clean and easy to access anytime and also pay your bill anytime. They have a bill pay atm type machine out front so if you cant for whatever reason pay online then that is also an option. Key pad access for the sections and get your own lock to lock up your stuff. Great option for short or long term.
