I am a pharmaceutical sales rep and have used a few storage companies in the past. Some good and some not so good. I tend to have to interact a lot with the staff regarding shipments and often visit the facility at odd hours of the day so what's most important to me in a storage facility is Security, Access Hours, and most importantly Customer Service!!! My experience at A-1 Storage met and exceeded all of those requirements. In terms of customer service they are FANTASTIC! Majority of the time I spoke with Steve, who always... read more
Business response:
Thank you so much for the kind words, Kathleen! Good luck with your move. We can't wait to see you at the next location.
Steve was extremely friendly and helpful. Clean facilities, professional and up front about everything. All steps were explained through the signing up process. Feel very comfortable storing my belongings here for an extended period of time. Military friendly for sure.
Business response:
Thank you, Emma! I'll be sure to pass your kind review on to Steve. I know he'll appreciate it.
I went out shopping storage units last weekend & A-1 was my last stop. I rented a unit right on the spot. Steve was a great help & showed me different unit options. Facility was extremely clean & secured. They also have the longest operation & access hours. You can also drive right up to the elevator for your move & it's easy to move around once inside. Highly recommend!
Business response:
Thank you for sharing, Adriana.
Very bad service all together! Pick a different company! You'll thank me later! BAD PEOPLE HERE (( Ken, Scott, Brian & David ) UGH
I kept all of my household belongings here for about a month while I was in between apartments. The staff here is incredible. Steve helped me figure out a unit that would accommodate all of my belongings as well as assuring me that everything here would be safe by informing me of their incredible secure systems. He was extremely friendly and welcoming, and always said hello and remembered my name each time I was there bringing or taking belongings. All in all, a perfect place to keep your extra stuff. Would highly recommend ... read more
Best experience ever!!! Who would've thought getting storage would actually be fun. I had to get my storage during a very stressful time and Ken took the stress out of the situation. His knowledge and questions gave me a breath of fresh air. If everyone had a Ken working for them businesses would run much smoother and customers would have confidence in their purchases. A1 rocks and very happy with what the product they offer.
Customer service was first class! Only stayed one month and when checking in was given a discount I did not ask for! Storage area was very clean and parking lots have plenty of room. What I liked best was the ability to get in and out of my unit until 10:00 pm, where most places cut you off at 6. Thanks Jules. Luchy and Greg
There are a lot of A-1 storage locations but this is the best I have found so far. There staff is really great and the "director of first impressions" Ken is hilarious! When I moved in they helped assess what size space I needed and ended up saving me $300...legit storage.
Quick on-and-off access from the freeways, clean, ample parking at most times. Been using them all year and visit about twice a month. The only problem is that there are a bunch of crackheads (albeit friendly crackheads) living there. It is an industrial zone across the street from a strip club and the airport Jimminy Cricket so the location is perfect if you want to grab a quick dance before you head off to some tropical destination.
