I was shopping for a place for storage and when I met Alexis and Leo I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful they are!! Alexis even let me hold the space I was interested in for a short time(days). When I made my decision I came back and Leo helped me with the check-in process and again a pleasant, helpful, and friendly experience. Leo at the front desk was amazing!! I called him minutes before they were closing and he was able to give me the keys and have me sign the contract all in time for my movers to deliver my items. I'm so happy he was able to accommodate us even though we were there last-minute. Thank you!!

Friendliest and well informed staff, super helpful, I love them. I had a unit here for almost a year and everything was great until about a week or two before I closed my unit. I went there one morning and there were these guys working out of their basement unit with guns and ammunition and wires and things that made me feel uncomfortable. Used the storage facility again. The process for renting, access to and from the storage unit and closing out the rental was painless. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and helpful. No complaints.

The staff at this location was helpful and responsive during the year plus that I had units there. The units were always maintained and accessible, and there were sufficient handtrucks available as needed.

Great location, and super fast check-in service. Very friendly employees, the facilities are very clean and seem very safe, access to our unit is very easy. No complaints!

Isaac was very friendly and reassuring. This was my first storage rental and he walked me through the details of use of the space and billing. He also looked up units at other locations to ensure I was getting the best deal in the location that worked best for me.

As my wife and I work to decide on a long-term plan for some of our belongings, we opted to rent a unit for the interim while we make the most out of our 1BD apartment (and the lack of closets) in the Downtown area. From the first interaction I had with the A1 representative, I couldn't help but notice how easy and accommodating they strive to be as a company. My experiences with this A1 storage location have been excellent. The staff is outstanding--extremely friendly, helpful and kind! The storage units are clean and easily accessible at all times of the day and night. I highly recommend this location!
