I went searching for the right storage unit and was met with overly eager salespeople not wanting to hear my actual wants or needs. As soon as I got on the phone with Rachel at A-1 storage I felt like I was talking to an actual person who was willing to listen and help me figure out the best option for me. The staff of this location is unmatched and the safety and cleanliness of the facility is above standard. I wish I started here and saved headache of all the searching around I did!
