Place is clean and safe . The guys at the office are super nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Every single time I come to this place I feel like I'm back in high school and being told what to do and what not to do. They are always complaining there's nothing ever available. You have to rent the carts out and give them your ID it's like it's ridiculous .

Hi Savvy, We have strict rules and regulations at all our facilities for good reason-- to maintain the safety of our valued customers and ensure that their belongings are secure. These policies are stated in every customer's lease upon moving into the facility. Although we understand the frustration that we hold your ID while you use one of our carts, it is a necessary step to prevent theft and ensure that we always have enough carts on hand to accommodate our customers.
This is my second time renting a unit here, when I needed one. A-1 is clean and safe. I never feel any threat to my safety in this facility. The staff is welcoming and super helpful. Highly recommend!

I have been a renter here for the past 4 years. The staff here, Valentin, Philip and Russell are professional, helpful and keep this facility clean and safe. I'm very impressed with their attitudes in a climate where customer service does not seem to be high priority. This facility is keep super clean, cool and safe. Thank you for all you do and being so helpful in making all my rentals smoothe and painless! Top notch over here :)
We needed storage space for a couple of months, called A-1, from the phone call to the office visit, everything was smooth, excellent customer service, clean space and secure. We will definitely use A-1 again in the future.
Russell is an absolute lifesaver. Our apartment flooded and we needed an emergency storage unit to store our items even though most places were closed. Russell not only promised to stay open late for us, he still greeted us, was polite and engaging, empathetic, and showed us all the ins and outs. I don't think I'll ever be able to thank him and a1 storage enough for saving us in our time of need.

A-1 Storage has changed the game for storage facilities in my opinion! From the service, the cleanliness of the building(s), the helpfulness of all the staff they really stood head & shoulders above the competition. [Big shot out to Maggie, Val and Russel.
