I have spoken to mgr since this last review and although he did I not reimburse me the full amount I paid for all the extra containers I needed to buy, he did give me a portion back. I don't come here often but when I do, I have found it to be clean and well lit. Some staff members are nice some not but I am adding stars for effort.
Maggie was incredibly helpful and kind! She quoted me a price, showed me around the facility, locked in a unit, and answered any/all questions. She was thorough and walked me through the entire process. Seamless. I highly recommend this facility and make sure to say hello to Maggie :)

I have had a very good experience with the staff at this location. Maggie one of the staff is a very kind person and went out of her way to help me with pushing a moving cart all the way to my storage unit which is far from the office. Highly recommended!

I am a fan of A-1 storage. Mostly because Valentin and Maggie are so dope. Thank y'all for always taking care of me. Customer service is on point. The facility is always clean and they have restrooms! If you need a storage unit place, definitely check this place out.

Great staff. Maggie and Valentin are very helpful. I've rented from this location in the past and I refuse to go anywhere else. The facility is VERY CLEAN. I've personally never seen bugs and trash and my unit has always been spotless upon move in. Highly recommended. And I got a free lock for checking in on Yelp.
