NOT RECOMMENDED - unless you like constant never-ending yearly rent price increases on all rental units. Had a rental unit for 10+ years at this place. Started out at $325.00 per month - that grew to over $750.00 per month. Same unit, same rat infestation, same vermin throughout the facility and No working interior lights. The only constant was continuous rent increases. TOO GREEDY CORPORATE STRUCTURE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY ! !

Went to visit Saturday March 22, 2025 elevators are down in the first bldg. . Went up the stairs retrieved our box and pushed it down the 3 staircases . Luckily for us it was a large box with a large soft chair bed . However, it was still a hassle and they said the part to fix the elevator wouldn't be available till Thursday. For the amount they charge this place is not worth it .

BUYER BEWARE! Elevator not working indefinitely. My wife and I are moving and needed a temporary place to move our stuff while we're getting our house prepped to sell. Our unit is on the 3rd floor. I had issues trying to get into the unit for the past few days. I finally get in to see that the elevator is down indefinitely. I talked to the front desk and they said it might be two weeks but they weren't sure. I called corporate and nothing. No one is there is talk or help you out. Do not bring your business here. Front desk was very nice and helpful got us set up quick and easy. Very clean and nice storage units with lots of security.

Prices gone up Clymax control doesn't work well my storage is hot when I go in there to try to sort out my things it's hot the back gate doesn't even work in the back but they raise the rent it's been an inconvenience I love the staff there excellent but on this business point they need much more improvement if you're gonna charge me for climate control keep it fresh all the way to the back not just a certain part that it's fresh

I would definitely recommend A-1, Britney is very helpful. You can't go wrong with 50% off the first month and the 2nd months rent for storage was better than other storage's in the area. Give A-1 storage a try!!

Extremely easy rental process and friendly staff and service. I was able to rent online and couldn't ask for a better way, especially during the pandemic. Highly recommended.

I had to move out in a very short notice. I have a big bedroom set and i needed a place that could accommodate the hours for me to store my items. The hours are the best in the area. The kind woman in the front made things so easy, i came an hour before the office closed and she didn't rush me nor was she rude. Her willingness to help me with any questions i had was amazing. Great offers, came out significantly cheaper than other storage places. The entire area where the units are, were very clean.
