I don't know how to leave a worse review than a 1 star. If I could do ZERO stars, I would. Their customer service sucked. I was told someone would be there til 7 to assist me, I got there 6:45 and everything was locked up. I had to use the kiosk to get my storage unit instead. I couldn't read it because of the glare so all the fine print got missed. My dad and I got all my stuff in my unit and we went down stairs at 9:58pm. As other reviewers have noted, Brian is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The unit was clean. Everything about renting this space was handled with professionalism. Good price, good people. Highly recommended.

Very Very clean. Staff is more then helpful and understanding. We went from 2 medium size storage units to 1 large. They helped make the transition very easy. Highly recommend. :) Dawnice Blehm

Very cheap in price, great service, storage unit fits my needs, clean and secure, enough said, oh and Brian rocks!!! He explained everything thoroughly!!!

I highly recommend this storage facility. I reserved a unit online and received a call the next morning. I went in today to rent the unit. I was helped by Brian who was helpful and efficient. Signing the papers and being shown around was quick and informative. The prices are reasonable, premises clean, helpful staff. I feel safe with my belongings stores there.

This was my first time using a storage facility and I wasn't sure what to expect. The facility was clean and Brian was friendly and very informative! I feel good storing my belongings there and would highly recommend them.

I am very disappointed with Brian from this location. I was a customer for several years when i was laid off during the worst part of the recession. I had to store all my belongings to rent a room. I made it a priority to pay my storage rent and had some difficulty but I always paid up in full including all the fees they charged. When I got back on my feet I was able to retrieve my belongs and left the storage clean and without owing A1 anything. Now Brian just told me he WILL NOT rent to me. I stored my stuff here while I went home for this summer and everyone was really helpful and friendly! Facility was really clean and staff was helpful with explaining paperwork.
