Very helpful, and super easy process. The security is really good and it's very clean
The service here is AMAZING! I had trouble booking online, so I called and Diane was so gracious and assisted me through the entire process. Then, after arriving to check in for the first time I was a bit nervous about how to navigate to my unit. Shawn took me on a tour on her golf cart and walked me through step-by-step the dos and don'ts and all with such a great attitude. Great team here! Highly recommend for anyone in search of a storage unit.
Shawn, Diana, and Kristina were all very helpful and professional! Was able to get me in and out with a tour and a pretty decent rent price! I was able to utilize the FREE LOCK discount with yelp.

Great experience at A1 for short term storage solution. Clean and safe facility. Shawn was very helpful, making it easy to find the best storage unit for our needs and making sure we understood how it all works.

Called ahead and the call center was very helpful. They directed me to the physical office. Once I'm the office i was greeted by Shawn who was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to explain what was available. Clean business and friendly customer service. Would recommend.
