This was my first time using this storage facility and it was a great experience. The ladies working the front desk were knowledgeable and kind, and the storage facility itself is well taken care of and secure. I feel confident leaving my belongings in this space. I will definitely recommend this facility to friends and family in the future.

Great units at a reasonable price. The units are easily accessible, clean, and we'll functioning. Looking forward to having my stuff out of my house and stored at a convenient location

Shawn and Kristina were super helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Also, really like the security features (lock, alarms, etc.). I feel that my stuff is very secure here.

Shawn was great! One of the best experiences I have ever had at a self storage place. The office was impeccably decorated and the premises looked great. I feel very assured that my things will be kept safe at this location. Brad the new guy was cool too!

My storage was increased over 25%. The contract will state that it can increase at any time over the period of rental but I was told that corporate will increase on the 4th month. This isn't made aware to the customer when they know the increase timeline already. This is very scammy. If you are thinking of renting, just know that you WILL be increased on the 4th month upwards of 25% increase.

Dawn & Christina in front office are terrific & will help with all your needs. This place is squeeky clean & easily accessible. I moved here from another rodent infested storage on Sherman St & glad I made the move!! You could eat off the floors here...come see their fabulous decorations by Dawn.

Not only does this facility hold up to its five-star reviews consistently but the employees have been here for decades and go out of their way to look at the customers as humans hearing all of their needs and accommodating.
