Amazing custom service! I was in need of a storage unit rental so I popped into A1 Storage in Allied Gardens. Shawn was the person whom helped me- she was efficient and a great representative....she took the extra time to explain the A1 storage policy and drove me down to look at the unit. Compared to my other experiences with multiple storage rental company, this was exceptional and I was in and out if there quickly! I Highly recommend the A1 storage on Alvarado Canyon Rd....ask for Shawn! ;)

Awee man needed a second storage unit, reserving was way easy. Check in with Shawn was so quick and efficient! I've used many storage companies in this great country... A-1 is the best... And the customer care provided at a stressful time when moving is so appreciate!

This place get five stars all the way around. I have used this location for over 5 years with no problems. Christina, the site manager has always been helpful and knowledgeable. She is excellent at her job and has a well trained staff. I recommend you use a storage unit in the lower building because it is it newer and clean.

I love coming to the storage why because they got respect and not only that they help you right away when you need help and they greet you with a big smile that's why I come here cuz I love it so much and I would recommend this place to everyone

This was my first time using this storage facility and it was a great experience. The ladies working the front desk were knowledgeable and kind, and the storage facility itself is well taken care of and secure. I feel confident leaving my belongings in this space. I will definitely recommend this facility to friends and family in the future.
