Grace was amazing. it was clean and well done. the stairs were wide and accommodating for lifting up bulky items and furniture. only downside I saw was that on the third floor there was no door stops for the doors. had to use boxes to keep open.

Let me start off by saying that the girls working there are wonderful, professional and helpful each and every time I've interacted with them, always going above and beyond. They definitely deserve 5 stars. However, whoever the owner is does not. They conduct a greedy business model that is a complete turn off and that is the reason I will find another storage as soon as possible.
