Maria is an exceptional associate they made it so easy for me to get my unit. They have great specials, secure, location and extreme easy access. I would highly recommend A1 storage for your storage needs. They are financially accommodating, and a very safe location. Bella :)

Opened this storage room about 4 years ago and closed it because the rates keep increasing every 10 months. Originally the room was $145 and they increased it over and over again, they wanted to increase it from $228 to $260 per month so I decided to close it out. There was extensive termite damage, termite droppings everywhere, and when you shine a flashlight on the ceiling, you can see sparkly dust - perhaps from the termite wings/caracasses/etc. Luckily almost all my belongings were in air tight sterilite boxes. Scams, lies, false ads, elevators broken, carts not available. That pretty much sums it up. The advertisement stated 5x10. The reservation confirmation showed 5x10. It also showed the correct unit number i received. Thus, it is not a mistake such as someone in the office gave me the wrong unit. This is not an indictment of the employees. Let's make that clear.
