A-1 experience and service! My roommates and I needed a storage unit for the summer and none of us have ever used a storage facility before, so I called A-1 to get our questions answered. Pinky answered the phone, and she was so helpful and kind! She helped us get set up at our storage unit (showed us to our unit, how to use the lock, and how to arm/disarm the unit). We got a free lock just by checking in on Yelp! The facility was very clean and cool, and the employees are very helpful! Overall, it was a great experience. :)

My family and I had a 3 week gap between selling our house and moving into our new house. Needless to say, it was a lot of trips to and from! We were looking for a storage close to the freeway, clean, and easily accessible. A-1 was a great choice. Mostly because Grace and Pinky are awesome! I went in there to see about getting a storage unit for an upcoming move. I was greeted by a very pleasant and professional woman named Pinky. She went over numerous options with me and also showed me several units for size. I have to say that this is a top notch operation! Customer service, professionalism, pleasantness.......i got it all from A-1! I also had the pleasure of meeting Grace who is the manager. She is also an absolute joy! If you are looking for a storage unit, look no further! A-1 is the best!!!!!

Never used a storage unit before, but glad I chose this one. Ladies were extremely friendly and explained everything very well. Place was clean and I feel my items are safe and secure.
