I went in there to see about getting a storage unit for an upcoming move. I was greeted by a very pleasant and professional woman named Pinky. She went over numerous options with me and also showed me several units for size. I have to say that this is a top notch operation! Customer service, professionalism, pleasantness.......i got it all from A-1! I also had the pleasure of meeting Grace who is the manager. She is also an absolute joy! If you are looking for a storage unit, look no further! A-1 is the best!!!!!

Never used a storage unit before, but glad I chose this one. Ladies were extremely friendly and explained everything very well. Place was clean and I feel my items are safe and secure.

Thanks Grace, you were very helpful! She was very helpful with check-in, information, and with questions or anything I needed at all during my initial visit. The unit is a good size and seems easy enough to access. I will update the review later as I continue to use it and understand the ins and outs of the building.

First time using a storage unit. Grace has made the interaction/experience absolutely fantastic. Super friendly and shows a willingness to be as helpful as she can be! Covered everything in such a pleasant attitude. Can't bday enough it Grace. Excellent and recommend this place, especially Grace!!!!
