I wanted to give a Big thanks to Grace Benniefield for providing Excellent Customer Service. She was very friendly and greeted me once I walked into the office. She informed me of all the special promotions that they were running. She went above and beyond showing me a couple of different storages. Your company is blessed to have someone like her on your staff. Awesome service once again.

We needed a small storage space for a short time that was close and convenient to our home, so we knew A-1 was the place to go! We reserved online, got a prompt call from Grace asking if we had any questions, and then Grace and Jenn were both so very professional and courteous when we arrived to see our storage unit. The facility is clean, well-lit, and secured with the need to use your code arriving AND leaving the facility.

I have moved quite a bit, and stored in several different places, with different companies. My experience at this location was incredible. Seamless to get started, great location of the unit, and I really appreciated the security. I was out of state the entire time I stored with this location, and I never encountered any problems. Jennifer was awesome, and if I need to store in San Diego again, I won't hesitate to use this location regardless of which area I am living in. Thanks again! Jayme

Gee, I wish I could say something better about A-1 Storage, because it seems they have great rates and are close by, but unfortunately, I can't. They don't seem to really know the meaning of good customer service when the customer has a question or that they simply would rather not hear about. Instead, they cop an attitude and sound very canned. If you're not happy with this treament, then YOU'RE being unreasonable, so now YOU are the bad guy! Not my idea of "EQ" -- emotional intelligence. I had the worst experience of my life at this so called freindly neighborhood storage facilitie. JENNIFER the girl who runs the place is just bad news(I think she was on drugs or something). She tried to say that i was tring to break in to my own unit. She caled La Mesa Police on me and im still not to clear on what she told them? Needless to say i wont be using them again . Absolutely the most efficient, knowledgeable, courteous team of staff I dealt with. This is the first time I rent one unit, in my Son's name, he resides in Arizona... I received the best help and support. A1 Center Drive in La Mesa, you have made a loyal customer out of me. Thank you so much for your job well-done.

My son and I stopped into A-1 on Center Dr yesterday to see some of the units for rent, Eric was at the counter, He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable, He told us what they had available at this time and mentioned one of the deals that they had for one of the units. Eric helped us, 5 star experience. He was clear and straighforward and answered all our questions. We signed up immediately due to our interest in the storage space in conjunction with our intuition, largely in part due to Eric at the front desk.

What a great storage facility. It was clean, easy to access, and quite secure. The office staff were friendly an very helpful. P\hone calls were returned very promptly, even when I really didn't leave a message.
