Great customer service from Pinky and her manager. They were professional and pleasant . They attended to my special needs and were very accommodating . Storage is clean and I feel that my good will be safely stored. I highly recommend this storage facility .

Claudia and Grace are simply two incredible individuals. Both are always pleasant to work with and are motivated to help you find the right unit for your needs. With their help I was able to accomplish my goal of downsizing my unit at a different A-1 facility where the staff had the same "Take care of the customer" attitude. I can not express my gratitude enough for their help because it saved me the trouble of moving my things from the A-1 facility I currently use.

While the staff is nice and helpful the most important part of the equation is the quality of unit that will be housing your stuff.. this place charges yearly for "upgrades" yet is unable to keep water from getting in your storage unit which btw they are not responsible for. Just walk around and look at units before you sign up, guaranteed you will see signs of water damage throughout the premises. Buyer beware.

While I do like the security of the property, the units are a little pricey. The customer service was outstanding, though! I loved how friendly the office person was and how informative and helpful she was!

I'm giving 5 stars merely for how exceptional the customer service was. GRACE helped me out 15 minutes before closing and even stayed after her shift would have been over just to ensure we had everything we needed. She was professional, friendly, and genuine. I could tell she really cared about the safety of my stuff and my overall satisfaction. It made me feel really happy to have chosen this specific storage facility. I feel like I left my personal belongings in good hands.

I wanted to give a Big thanks to Grace Benniefield for providing Excellent Customer Service. She was very friendly and greeted me once I walked into the office. She informed me of all the special promotions that they were running. She went above and beyond showing me a couple of different storages. Your company is blessed to have someone like her on your staff. Awesome service once again.

We needed a small storage space for a short time that was close and convenient to our home, so we knew A-1 was the place to go! We reserved online, got a prompt call from Grace asking if we had any questions, and then Grace and Jenn were both so very professional and courteous when we arrived to see our storage unit. The facility is clean, well-lit, and secured with the need to use your code arriving AND leaving the facility.

I have moved quite a bit, and stored in several different places, with different companies. My experience at this location was incredible. Seamless to get started, great location of the unit, and I really appreciated the security. I was out of state the entire time I stored with this location, and I never encountered any problems. Jennifer was awesome, and if I need to store in San Diego again, I won't hesitate to use this location regardless of which area I am living in. Thanks again! Jayme
