Such great consumer service!!! Kiara and Tara were so helpful, and made moving in a breeze. I wasn't expecting a storage facility to be so clean. Thank you for such friendly service!!
A1 storage is the best! I would never custom my belongings to anyone else. The customer service the cleanliness of the facility the locations and even the hours are all above par!

Customer service is so important these days because it's so hard to find great customer service. I was in a rush that day and the ease of the process of getting a new unit was made so smooth with the help of Tara, Kiara and Jamie. if I could give them 10 stars that's what they would get!! thank you!! so much for all the help!!!
I always preach customer service and this location has it! TARA and KIARA are super duper sweethearts answered all questions with a huge smile. They remember me every time I go in and are the main reason chose I this facility (I'm big on customer service). And the prices are very very competitive. They have push carts you can use for transporting your belongings to you storage unit. There are 3 floors so they have an elevator and stairs for access.
I would recommend this storage facility to anyone and in fact have recommended it to quite a few people. I also recommend this exact location because the employees are amazing! Kiara Kremensky is the sweetest person I've ever met in customer service. Thanks for the safe,secure and clean facilities and the amazingly friendly employees.

This storage unit is way off the beaten path in La Mesa. That's probably why it's ridiculously inexpensive. Pros: -Excellent customer service. The girls in the office are always ridiculously friendly. I've never gotten attitude, no matter what other Yelpers insist. -Super secure, clean, well-lit facility. -It's cheeeeeap. -Yelp check in gets you three free boxes. EVERY SINGLE TIME you check in. Thank you for bringing the situation with the carts to our attention. We strive to make access to your unit as convenient as possible, and have ordered shorter carts to fit into the elevators.
This place is very awkward. The elevator is in really bad shape and is much too small to fit a cart! It was kept clean and the staff was friendly but moving stuff in and out totally suct!
The customer service this self-storage is well below par. Do you remember how you felt when you walked into the front office in high school... same feeling when you walk into this place. You get the, "What the hell do you want?" look. The storage we use itself gets the job done though. The prices are satisfactory.
