The staff at the Glendale location are really cool, but for the Mngr Russel. OMG! this guys sux! he has no common sense at all. can't relate well with pple, his attitude sux big time.

I've shopped around and found A1 Storage to be one of the cheapest storage around Glendale. They're clean, have lots of cameras, and security is great. I've rented a storage from here for over a year and haven't had any issues. Kevin, the manager is very helpful and will give you a courtesy call to remind you of any leftover payments before you assess a late fee. I received some of the best service from a man named Kevin here. Their storage units are always clean and the people are always helpful and polite. The price is normally low and I wouldnt use any other place now. I've used it in Fullerton and Glendale now.
Is too bad that having such a good employees, the manager Russel is the one that sucks. He should learn about costumer service from his own people.!! Eventhough this place is always clean, i rated a 2 star because he was just very mean and didnt know how to control his attitude. Hopefully he does learn something from his own employees!!

I recently rented my storage unit here about 2 months ago. The staff is very nice and the office hours are acceptable. The unit I got was a 10 x 10 and its nice and big for all my stuff. Price per a month is good considering the other places I shopped around. I recommend this place to anyone in the Glendale area that are looking for a storage unit 4 stars because its difficult to get in especially when you are driving a uhaul
Well-kept facility, ready access, friendly service. Even when I moved to Woodland Hills, I didn't use any other self-storage facility!
