i just made a reservation for our rental unit for this weekend. first month was free and the monthly payment was way less than public storage ive had public storage before and it was way too pricy! a-1 is very clean and affordable i would recommend it to anyone looking for a storage place !!! james was excellent, he was the guy who helped us out today! he was very friendly and helpful! thanks alot james :)

This by far is the best storage company that i have ever went to. They are so friendly and not about the money first as in all other storage companies. I dealt with Maria and James and they are awesome people. My story was there was a miscommunication on my account and they bent over backwards to help me and save me money too. I am in Florida now shooting my tv show but when i get back i will definately be looking up Maria from the A1 self storage in Glendale on San Fernando Road. I was with A1 storage for over 10 years, they are very nice and the facility is good , but the price is way too expensive, it's only storage and we are paying for insurance so what is the extra cost that you guys have for increasing the rate, I know you have to pay your employees but still its way too much. I am no longer with A1, decided to try another company

We find it necessary to make adjustments to our customers' rental rates from time to time, in order to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service and a clean, secure facility.
This is a great storage facility. Superb staff with Maria and James. Maria notified me when a space I had been looking at became available. Very clean operation.
I was just passing by, looking for a storage facility on San Fernando rd. saw this facility, stopped by and was helped immediately by Maria (my Mom's name) she took the time to explain everything ( being my first time I needed it ) and closed the deal within 15 minutes===great service==great employee. Thanks Maria.
A1 is a well operated and reasonably priced storage facility. Over the years we have dealt with several storage locations and A1 is by far the best. The Glendale office is courteous and efficient and very responsive to special requests.
Outstanding Service! Kevin was an amazing associate and I would recommend A-1 Self Storage to anyone in the greater Los Angeles area!!
I don't have a problem with their service. Everyone is pleasant at this location. But they are not honoring the 3 free box offer via yelp by mobile device. They insist on you printing the offer out and give it to them. Doesn't that miss the point of a yelp mobile offer?
