As many others do, I go to Yelp to see what's out there and what the best options are. Other storage centers had some pretty bad reviews so I decided to go with A-1 even though there were other centers closer in distance to me. And much like the steak sauce of the same name, A-1 did not disappoint. The customer service at this location was so refreshing and reassuring. The location is perfect and the facilities are great!
Adam & James took good care of me here at A-1 self storage. Nice clean facility everyone being thoughtful and wearing masks. They were knowledgeable about pricing and the units. They matched their online rate which is lower than normal and if you check in on Yelp they include a lock for your unit when you sign up.
I recently rented a unit at A-1, their customer service was excellent, very kind people. I rented with them as apposed to Public Storage because there prices where better and provided better customer service. I went to Public Storage and they made stand outside in the heat for 15 minutes while finished with the customer that was in the lobby. I would have understood if the lobby was small but it about 1000 sq ft.

Great storage , clean , organized , and there is always someone there to answer my questions. I love it's my fifth storage with them . I wonder if I can move in ?

This place is great, if I could give more stars I would. Adam was very professional and excellent customer service. I rented a unit and filled it pretty quick , came back with another truck load and he got me in right away with another unit ..very clean and well secured location for you to store your contents. I do recommend this place for any one and also very good on the prices for I called around and other location's wanted close to $500 per unit.
