I've stored with A-1 twice. Staff was always nice and helpful. My belongings stayed safe. There was never an issue with cleanliness or temperature. No bugs or pest evidence once I retrieved my stuff. A bit pricey but worth it...not many storage companies that keep their facilities up.

So far this has been great. Everyone in the office has been really friendly and helpful. Everything explained well. It was easy to rent a space online. The facilities are clean and nice. Prices seemed good compared to larger places nearby.
