the most amazing storage company. the staff are always so friendly and helpful. the units are clean and the common areas are always clean and tidy. I feel so much safer here than when I used to rent a unit at Public Storage. highly recommended!!!
This place is top notch. Impeccably clean and organized with multiple sizes and configurations of small, medium and large secure units. That staff is very friendly and helpful. You can park conveniently any where around the facility for best access to your storage space and they have push carts you can use to help move whatever you have.

Super clean. The people who run this place are really helpful and kind. A rarity in LA ya know? It's also one of the more affordable options and move in was soooo easy!
The manager is really horrible and rude. Tried her best to steal my mother in laws money by trying to tell her things that is Mandatory but actually optional. Luckily my mother in law called me up in time and I was able to put a stop to that stupid manager's effort to steal money. She is not even qualified to be a manager there. The other guy was nice and helpful compared to her. Obviously she is doing something somewhere to be in that position and some one needs to put a stop to this.
Rarely would I say a storage facility is exceptional this one absolutely is. It's extremely clean, the staff is nice (always smiling) and heavy security.
I am returning now after using A-1 three years ago to empty my house for a full remodel. I was amazed at how clean this facility is. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. They just did it right from start to finish. I am glad to not have to shop around this time.
I had great experience from the previous A-1 storage I rented in Alhambra and was able to enjoy the personal service with my new rental. Unlike the big franchises - one gets personal service from the start - such as a live person answering a call with immediate/accurate info. Was able to get a tour and and found the property outside, the office, elevator and hallway and particularly the units we're immaculate.
