I was a walk in client and was taken care of immediately by Patty. She made the processes very easy,answering all of my concerns.. I was in and out of there in less then an hour. To top things off the facility was immaculate!!
Very friendly staff, clean facility, got me in and out and were very helpful. I made an appointment prior to going so I'm sure that helped. She showed me multiple storage units so I could make sure it was the right size so I would be paying for more space than I needed. I paid $40 upfront for an $80 a month unit, which included the lock and 3 keys, but I'm not sure what the other $30 (is that activation fees or what?), then didn't pay anything all September.
Very friendly staff. Had a quote for a drive up unit that they no longer had available but they honored the original quote anyway.
I rented a storage unit at this location in January. It has not even been 4 months. My rate was $59 per month. I was shocked to learn they raised my rental fee 39%!!!!! This is OUTRAGEOUS. The condition of these storage units are subpar. Any company that pulls this kind of a greedy stunt does not deserve anyone's business. This can't' be legal. DO NOT rent from these people.

The facility is clean but the front entry gate is always broken. There are alot of homeless people who hang outside both entry gates at night, so I would be careful visiting at night.

I've had a storage here for about 7 years, they have great customer service team. They are super helpful and I would highly recommend this facility. Super clean and central!

Fraud! This place will charge you more than you agreed to and won't send you "proof" that you signed. They charge you more and more with no evidence to back it up. Lulu at the office and Robert the area manager are no help. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Sure $29 bucks isn't that much more but just put that into context. $29 by x units x facilities = millions of bs profit. STAY AWAY.

We, like most storage companies, move in customers at discounted rates. We then review those rates and sometimes make adjustments accordingly.
