I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the customer service here at this location. The Associates are very knowledgeable of what was needed in order to save me some money. This is my third time using this facility and absolutely will continue to keep coming back. Thank you A1 Storage and Frazee Rd San Diego. You rock

We came in to get a storage last minute and Siara was extremely helpful! She gave us size suggestions and helped find our best fit! Area was clean and secured! It was a fast and easy set 10/10 recommend.

Check in to get a free lock for your unit. Ugh, storage. We're in the middle of a move, temporarily downsizing to get out of our condo to get it ready to sell. We've lost more than half of our square footage in doing so, which means that we don't have room for most of our stuff. Worst experience ever with this A-1 site, no reliable customer service, they expect you to follow up with them instead of them following up with you. Like we don't have nothing to do! NORMAL PEOPLE WORKS AND HAVE BUSY LIFE !!! I have had storage on other locations with A-1 and other provider, they have always being on the lookout and ready to help. NOT HERE!
