On the positive side, the place is very clean and the prices for the upstairs units were reasonable. Example: Upstairs: $121 for the 9' x 13' unit we got. Downstairs: $302 for a 10' x 14' unit with drive-up access. On the negative side, the only way for a person to go to the second floor is by using the stairs at either end of the building. The elevator lift does not allow people to ride in it. The elevator controls are on the outside. Thank you for sharing your storage experience, Bo!
Awesome customer service, Maricela made it quick & easy! She had our storage ready for use the next day. She helped us efficiently, even though we showed up 5 minutes before she closed (sorry), but didn't rush & made sure we got the price the website said! Would recommend. Thank you :)
Business response:
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your storage experience with us, Ariana. We'll be sure to forward your kind words to Maricela.
I found this storage by google map for reasonable price storage close to my house. The manager was very nice and storage was clean. The one thing I concerned that my unit was ground level, but it actuary has two bown steps. If you have heavy stuff, you better check with manager.
Business response:
Thank you so much, Nobu. We value your business & appreciate that you've taken the time to share your storage experience!
We had a storage unit here for nearly 20 years. There have been many changes in management over that time, and recently there have been many upgrades and improvements. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
Business response:
Thank you so much, Robynn. One of the highest compliments we can receive is to earn your repeat storage business!
Great service! Never rented a storage space before. Maricela was such a great help and explained everything.

Heard about A-1 on Yelp decided to choose them for long term self storage! I highly recommend them and 24 hour surveillance is great!

Thank you for sharing your storage experience, Desiree!
This facility is clean and has the most competitive prices in the area. However, this review is really for Maricela. My husband and I just relocated out here from the desert and we needed a storage unit FAST! I was a bit stressed and didn't know what to do. The representatives at A-1 transferred me to Maricela and she happily answered ALL of my many questions. I have since been to the facility twice for moving and she was very friendly and helpful each time. I highly recommend this facility, not just for the great pricing, b... read more
