I've checked many other storage locations and A-1 easily has the best prices. On top of great prices, they have amazing deals/promotions. Be sure to use them. Super friendly staff, clean units, and great deals. A definite five stars from me.

Everything went incredibly smooth with A-1 and we had a good experience moving our townhouse into one of their larger drive-up units. Maricela was very helpful, kind, and informative. She really made us feel comfortable choosing their storage facility. She is truly top-notch with customer service. The first month of storage was free for our unit size which was an added plus. I realize that other storage places offer the 1st month free, but many of those facilities are not near as nice or secure. Thanks for all of your help, ... read more

After checking out numerous places, this place had the best rates. First time renting a storage unit so I was a little apprehensive. Maricela was very courteous and helpful, walking me through the process. The unit was clean and I was happy with the 1st free month. Highly recommend this place.

I write few reviews so listen up! :) I was a customer before A-1 Storage bought out the previous owner so when I got a letter saying the property changed hands, I was not happy and got the "big corp blues". BUT Maricela at A1-Storage was an angel to work with in the transition. She is personable, avails you of your options, and is a genuine pleasure to work with, especially in the yes/no/goodbye customer service atmosphere you experience these days. Regarding the facilities, A-1 upgrades everything very nicely. There are ele... read more

Very nice place, new units and building, clean!! Great rates. Closer to fountain valley than it is Santa Ana. Got quoted a rate on the phone and it was no hassle to get the paperwork signed once I looked at the unit! When I moved my stuff in I had a slight problem and brought it to the attention of the office and it was handled immediately with excellent customer service. I would recommend this this place to anyone in need of storage :)

Maricela is amazing! She helped my mom get storage and explained everything so she felt comfortable signing the rental. I highly recommend this storage location if your looking for something local, clean and safe. We appreciate the awesome customer service.

My husband and I needed to store some stuff in between houses, so we got one small one plus a huge one (for furniture). All the doors and locks were new and theft preventable. The rooms were clean and had no bugs. The price is really reasonable. Also, the manager, I believe her name was Maricela, was very kind and professional. I will definitely come here again in the future should we need storage again. Also, you get a pin connected to your account so you can go to your unit even if the office is closed.
