costumer service was really helpful over the phone. Great communication. i didn't know what unit was best for me, but the service representative helped me to figure out which unit will work for my things.

I used A-1 storage for several years. My experience was favorable in that the building was always clean and carts available. I NEVER saw any bugs or trash laying around. If I needed help there was always someone to assist. I would definitely recommend A-1 on Hollister in Imperial Beach. The interactions I had with personnel were always helpful & polite.

I would like to Thank Jon, Georgie and Luz the staff members at A 1 Storage on Hollister in the South Bay area. Moving from Texas to San Diego was a rude awakening when we had to get a storage unit. We are very pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the grounds and security on site. The staff was friendly professional, and Jon was very attentive in assisting us to our needs in choosing the right unit. It was a great and happy experience . Mi experiencia con A-1 Storage fue de lo mejor y un alivio ya que no encontraba un buen precio en una bodega grande. Servicio al cliente fue excelente, la perdona fue muy amigable y la explicación sobre toda la información al pie de la letra!
