This is Debbie Scott again; your loyal customer for 6 yrs. I have already left a review and my "Thieft Issue of over half of my Storage locker nor have I received a call from your head office." The Most Important Fact I Failed to Mention in my first post is that, "I NEVER RECEIVED A KEY FROM A1 STORAGE WHEN THEY CHANGED THE LOCKS IN NOVEMBER 2018 WHEN I MOVED IN, THEREFORE I HAD ZERO ACCESS TO MY STORAGE UNIT; ONLY THE EMPLOYEES OF A1 STORAGE DID. I am a "New Testament Christian, and was suffering a unbelievably ongoing traumatic situation, when I put all my Apartment in storage. This is by far the worst storage place I have ever done business with!! I was given a price and by the next month it gone up 25 bucks. The place closes at 5 o'clock or 6 o'clock on the weekends. That's when everybody needs to move their stuff. Why have it so early then if you're late, you have to actually call to get out of the place cause you're stuck in the place yeah it's the most ridiculously run place ever highly recommend not using this place at all. David, it appears that your review is for another storage facility, as our access hours are later than the ones you listed and we don't have a manager named Crystal.
Clean place to store your items. Property is gated so it's tough to get in if you don't have the code, which I prefer. They keep the storage area nice and cool. Also, it's right off the freeway so it's easy to get to.
