Go see Claudia, she's Super Sweet and Knowledgeable. This is our second unit because we had so much stuff we didn't know what to do but A-1 had the answer and they called me Immediately when a storage unit became available to accommodate all our stuff also their Units are very Clean. Their Fast, Efficient, & Friendly, we'll always choose A-1 Storage. Thank You Claudia & A-1 Storage.

This is a fantastic facility! Clean units and courteous staff is always a plus. This was a very simple fast and user friendly storage rental process I have experienced. Cris was exceptionally helpful and has wonderful customer service. He made a stressful move much less hectic and went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I had everything I needed for this move to go smoothly. Thank you A-1 And thank you Chris!

I just got a storage space here A-1 storage on West main and Phyllis help me clear everything else went through the price the numbers and gave me a great deal, this place is awesome and very reasonably priced

I've a few reviews some good some not good. Yes this place has get customer service. No place is completely save, but they do there best to protect what you have. That's why you should have insurance. You protect you home with the best security system and still your home gets broken into. As for the price if going up $15 are a little more is a problem, then you haven't been to Price storage. That's a place that will ripe you off. I've just movies In a unit. Best storage facility for the buck. For more intense security there is the place on E. Main that has red laser trip wires. ! LOL ! Phillis is the Best and takes great measures to keep our belongings secure. Thank You all At A1, :-) Stephen.

I have rented my unit for almost a year and up until June I was ok with the facility but then the worst nightmare happened to me and 9 others we were violated. This place has no security system in place our units were broken into and we were robbed. The staff and management did shocked me with how little this incident was to them and how I was lied to in the beginning with my first question was "will my stuff be safe here. I would like to clarify that our alarm system does not turn off at 8 PM, and that we are working with the police fully with their investigation into this matter.
