After reading online reviews and someone I know had highly recommended A-1, I'm glad I stopped in just to see what size I would need. Jessica was OUTSTANDING!! She explained everything, the sizes, costs & online payments. She showed me 2, very clean units. As we walked around she pointed out the security cameras. The place was very clean & secure. I was able to rent a unit for 6 months. Jessica's customer service & experience were wonderful!! I will gladly & highly recommend A-1 Self Storage to family & friends!!

Quick and easy, very friendly staff. I dont recommend waiting on hold no one answers but if you request for them to call you they give you a call within 5 min.

The customer service is excellent and staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions promptly, followed up with a phone call to facilitate our move-in, and reserved a space for inspection. The facility is neat, well-maintained and secure. Great service!
