Excellent service provided by Leo! He provided me with an affordable price and told me about the free lock promotion which helped out big time.

Jeffrey was extremely helpful and took time to let us explore the units, even as he was dealing with other work. We got a great unit after comparing them all and at a great price with Jeffrey helping at each step. 10/10.

Very helpful and friendly people, easy access and very clean facilities. Used this place for work and came back for a personal storage unit after the initial good experience.

Very convenient, friendly staff, and great location! Some locations tend to be in shady areas but this is better.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us, Anthony!
I was really impressed with their customer service. Alexis, one of the sales associates, was extremely friendly and answered all of my questions all while holding a teething baby. I asked her if I could see the location of the storage I was interested in, which actually helped with my final decision. Her service was exceptional and I am happy with my decision. If you ever have any questions, concerns or worries do not hesitate in asking!
Business response:

Both times I've used A-1 Self Storage my experience has been phenomenal. Evan and Alexis were great at aiding me in finding the right size and answered all of my questions expediently. The facility and units were clean, the access was secure but not time-consuming or pesky, and the hours of access are so convenient. I'll definitely be back!
Business response:
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us, Brody. We'll be sure to forward your kind words to Evan & Alexis!
Cannot speak highly enough of this storage company. All of the employees are super friendly and helpful. They were behind the counter with a smile every time I went in. They have great prices on their units and often running specials so don't forget to ask. The units are super clean and very secure. Ask for Issac, he went above and beyond for me!!!! If I am ever in need of storage again I will use A1 even if is not the cheapest or most convienant option.
