We've been using A-1 Self Storage on Pacific Hwy for over a year and half for both a car and household items. Emma, Cesar and Armando have been so very professional and courteous to us. They took such good care of our car, as we scheduled to drive the car regularly and all worked together to make sure the car was always ready for us. So very appreciated! Clean, well managed and maintained! Everyone here is great but Anthony & Cesar are always there to help with whatever you need! Their customer service is top notch and go out of their way to be friendly, professional and courteous to all clients! We've had a large storage unit here for many years and will continue to do so because of them and the overall great facility! Thanks guys!!
Expensive, obviously trying to up charge for commissions , taking business elsewhere, thanks but no thanks !
I went here to look at both vehicle and storage units. The sales person was very polite but rushed me through the process, obviously trying to close the sale as fast as possible. At this time they had three (3) car spots available. I signed the contract but called to cancel at the same afternoon, because I did not feel that the facility was safe as they only have padlocks and I found another place where I could add extra locks too. I rented a storage at A-! self storage facility in Pacific Hwy San Diego. Cesar showed me the storage and he was very friendly and helpful. Their office is very clean and the staff are nice and accommodating. I strongly recommend them if you need a storage near down town area.

Needed a spot quickly & A-1 was very accommodating in accomplishing that! Cesar and Kaela we very nice and helpful at the front desk.

Great customer service, Cesar was very polite and helpful, no complaints. Good place. Ac in the lobby was nice and cold and they have plenty of parking. Recommend
