Couldn't have been more pleased with the facility a d service. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were leaving the country for 3 weeks and were able to store our fully loaded vehicle before heading back to the Midwest in a safe and clean environment for a very reasonable cost. One cannot equate the value with the peace of mind that this provided. Wish there were more facilities like this. Thank you Francisco and Emma.

I am very happy with my experience @ this location of A-1 storage! The staff is very helpful, and personable. I dealt mostly with Brad. He is super nice, and always helped when I needed it! This location is clean, with very easy access. I would definitely recommend this A-1!

I bring in and pick up my truck every year a couple times. The place is close to the airport, which makes it perfect to pick up my vehicle after I landed, even on late arrivals. The staff is very friendly and very efficient in helping me get my car in and out. The store is very clean, there is no dust on the truck, even after a couple months. I strongly recommend this facility to everyone - you will like it.

I was working in San Diego temporarily. I was flying home for a bit and needed somewhere to leave my car. I didn't know anyone where I could leave it with. Then I thought I could have left it in the street but I didn't want to be home worrying ...will I get a ticket? will I be towed? etc. I ended up leaving the car here. The staff was very helpful especially when I was late for my flight! Brad was SUPER and he got me out right when the taxi (which they called for me) was there to take me to the airport . OK, so this is how this place works... They get you in with really cheap low rates for a couple of months... Then they raise the rate more than double for a few months... Then they can't guarantee the rates for the months after that ...no thank you... They don't even have trash cans for you to discard waste... No thank you

My husband and I have been loyal customers of A-1 Storage - Little Italy (2235 Pacific Hwy, San Diego, CA 92101) for nearly three years, paying over $300 per month to store our car while we relocated to the East Coast to care for his elderly parents. This is the best storage facility in San Diego. Specifically in the downtown area. The staff is extremely helpful, the location is amazing and it is well kept. Thank you again, the staff is super friendly.

Service was amazing, and my unit was so easy to access! I've had other storage units before where there was either only one elevator or only one wagon to help move my items, but this one has many. Parking is so simple and I feel very safe in this area. There are online specials if you check out the website. If you're looking to get a storage unit somewhere safe, accessible, and in an easy way-- this is it!
