Came here to buy boxes. Large clean facility, pleasant staff boxes and other supplies. There is not that much of variety of boxes, but it is still pretty good.

It was easy and quick to reserve a storage unit online and the front office helped me complete the process and find my unit right away. Cancellation was easy as well and just required a trip to the office and signing a form after I removed my lock. Thanks for making a stressful move better!

I've had units here for 10 years & have no issue with the people or the place but the steps U have to go through to update your credit card information is ridiculous. Next time it would be a lot easier to cancel & move to another facility.

Look no further - this place is great! I've never rented a storage unit before and was a bit apprehensive on where I was going to store my belongings. Maya helped me and showed me 3 units - she reserved one for me and I had a few days to decide. Needless to say, she was so helpful I went back the next day and moved my stuff in, which was seamless. Very easy, very helpful!

We've been using A-1 Self Storage on Pacific Hwy for over a year and half for both a car and household items. Emma, Cesar and Armando have been so very professional and courteous to us. They took such good care of our car, as we scheduled to drive the car regularly and all worked together to make sure the car was always ready for us. So very appreciated! Clean, well managed and maintained! Everyone here is great but Anthony & Cesar are always there to help with whatever you need! Their customer service is top notch and go out of their way to be friendly, professional and courteous to all clients! We've had a large storage unit here for many years and will continue to do so because of them and the overall great facility! Thanks guys!!
Expensive, obviously trying to up charge for commissions , taking business elsewhere, thanks but no thanks !
I went here to look at both vehicle and storage units. The sales person was very polite but rushed me through the process, obviously trying to close the sale as fast as possible. At this time they had three (3) car spots available. I signed the contract but called to cancel at the same afternoon, because I did not feel that the facility was safe as they only have padlocks and I found another place where I could add extra locks too.
