JP and Antonio are amazing! Their expertise and customer oriented demeanor make this storage facility a breeze to get in and out of and to feel welcome. I would definitely recommend to others who are looking for a quick and easy transition for their storage needs. A++

My daughter and I went to rent a storage unit. The person who helped us, Antonio, was extremely helpful. We looked at many units before deciding on the one we got and Antonio made sure we would have a dolly over memorial weekend. Great place.
Business response:
We appreciate the feedback, Greg! We are pleased to hear about your great experience with us. We'll be sure to forward your kind comments to Antonio.
This location was very handy to our location and has a clean appearance both inside and out. Antonio was very pleasant to work with while we signed up for our storage unit. I chose this storage facility based on reviews and was not disappointed at all. Thank you Antonio for taking care of things for us. We appreciate it.
Business response:

Couldnt have asked for better customer service! JP went out of his way to help us get our unit set up. Place is clean, friendly and super easy to access.

What a nice experience renting a space on with this company- Antonio was super helpful and very accommodating- I was there for a total of 15 minutes trying to find out the right size of space I needed and with the carts they offer / elevators and security it is the peace of mind I was looking for. Never written a review before and this one is well deserved.. kudos A-1
Hours are convenient. Staff are helpful and courteous. Facility is very clean and secure. I was very happy with the service.

Moved in April 1 ....Antonio was great! Showed me the unit (the whole place is modern and CLEAN!). We did the paperwork in 10 minutes - I was moving things in 15 minutes! Prices are great!
Business response:
Great to hear, David! Thank you so much for sharing.
It's clean, safe and secure. This newer facility housed our merchandise for 8 years. JP and the staff have been very reasonable to deal with. They have been most accommodating when needing questions answered and things to be done. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and colleagues. They are the cleanest, too. Thanks, JP and staff for making our storage experience a happy one!
Business response:
Great to hear, Terri! I'll be sure to forward your comments on to JP. I know it will brighten his day!
Easy access from the freeway, old county road and El Camino. Facility is clean, cool in temperature and they have music throughout the facility. The drawback is price. They nickel and dime you. $10 admin fee to open your account, they charge you an extra $10/month unless you can prove you have home owners insurance that covers external storage and they raise their fees every 6 months. They also make you buy their "special" lock--which is the ONLY one they allow you to use--which is a key lock. The 1st free month is typically... read more
