This is my first storage unit experience and Jp and Tim made it a good one. They are very accommodating and helpful. Great customer service, my unit feels secure and it was very easy for me to move my stuff into the unit. They gave me a great deal on it as well. Would recommend!

This is the ONLY placed to store your items! The units are clean and most have temperature control. The best part is working with JP and Antonio. They both are professional and kind. They give amazing customer service! There is no other place like this one. A-1 is the very best!
Great facility, amazing service. JP is wonderful, he answered all of our questions and gave us great guidance.

I recently rented a unit at A-1 Self Storage and was assisted by Tim and JP. I already had a unit in place, but needed an additional one. As usual, JP and Tim were extremely helpful in processing the paperwork for obtaining another unit within a few minutes. Although I have rented a storage space from other facilities in the past, what sets this team apart is the fact that they provided one on one assistance, answered all necessary questions, provided very helpful suggestions, and did not rush me through the process. I reall... read more

JP and Tim were really nice and helpful! I thought it would be difficult to find good, clean storage at a reasonable price but Tim.gave m excellent advice the day before about the discounts and how to get a lower rate, as did JP when I came in to pick up the key today. I would recommend this facility for storage based on the excellent customer service and the cleanliness of the facility.

This was the first storage facility I've rented in the bay area after receiving a recommendation from a friend. Upon arrival, I noticed how clean the place was and the manager was extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. When we visited the storage unit for initial inspection, he noticed that some of the lights above and around the unit were a bit dim or were out, and he offered to replace them the very next day so that I could see into my unit better. I am certain this was a place I would always keep my stuff here as nec... read more
