Great experience at A-1 storage. Convenient location and we appreciated the security measures. Patrisha is lovely

Very competitive prices and Manuela was very helpful! She helped me figure out the price difference between the email I received and what she saw in her system (and thanks for that too, Tim! The place itself is very clean and well kept. No rodents, no bugs!

Great customer service (Antonio and JP)! Very informative regarding options and what was best for me. The location was clean, compared to other storage places I visited. Definitely will recommend!

I just rented a 10 x 15 storage unit from A-1 to store some household goods temporarily. I found them first-rate in every respect. Their web site was accurate and helpful. Their staff answered my questions by email (Rosie) and phone (Antonio); I reserved a unit; and they (Antonio and James) were ready when I showed up to take possession. They have been extremely nice, and I am very happy to have chosen them. They have my highest recommendation.
My wife & I were unexpectedly shopping for storage after a pipe leak left our basement filled with water. After checking a few places out that were not up to our standards, we came across A-1. From the moment we entered the office, we knew this would be the place to store our belongings! James & JP were friendly & extremely knowledgeable. James helped us find the perfect size storage & answered all of our questions. The place is very clean & it looks really safe. We will recommend A-1 to all of our friends!
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback, Jeff. I know that JP and James strive to provide the best service possible, and it really shines through! If you do happen to refer any of your friends to our store, be sure to take advantage of our customer referral program. JP or James can give you more details.
