We had an amazing experience with A-1 Storage! They called the day before and again the day of to confirm everything and make sure we didn't need any additional assistance. This is my 1st time renting a storage unit. Customer service is A-1. The storage space is extremely clean and well kept. They even have temperature controlled units which is what I got. There are no trash cans to throw anything away. But I kinda understand why.
