The lady's in the front office are so polite and helpful...I recommend this location and in bell gardens...very safe and clean

while having my storage unit here, everything was ok. It wasn't until I was leaving the unit, that I was accused of leaving my trash in the building. It was very extremely rude of the lady in the front to assume and try to pressure me into saying I was the one that left my trash in the building. I was extremely upset at the false accusation coming from an employee in the front. Talk about having good costumer service

Was looking for a storage unit. Came upon A-1. And found just what we need it. Maritza was so helpful and explained everything to us very well. She was a great help. I will definitely recommend coming and ask her!
