Great first experience. Susan was a great help and walk us through step by step. Definitely recommended this place.
My mom has used storage many times. This is the first place where we felt as though we were more than just a number. The ladies were very nice and treated my mom and grandma with kindness. The prices were decent and it was clean. My mom will rent here again.
I recently moved back to Los Angeles and, due to lack of storage space in my new place, found myself in need of a storage unit. A-1 Storage caught my eye due to the decent rates and good reviews here on Yelp. Susan helped my move in process through her succinct way of conducting business and her eagerness to provide great customer service. I highly recommend the El Monte A-1 location to any who are in need of extra storage space.

I wanted to rent a small place that was clean, safe, with good lighting and had air conditioning. The first place I called quoted me a price for more space than I needed, I'm not sure if they had smaller spaces but they didn't offer it, it would've been twice the price. This storage facility was fair and the customer service was great. A1 in El Monte was a great experience. This place plays no games. You pay them and they keep your stuff safe. I had no hassles. There service is great, particularly Susan at the front desk. I wound up in a pickle as the guy I was sharing my space with skipped town. Susan really helped me out of a sticky situation. Super sweet and helpful attendant and a trouble free storage experience lets me give them 5 stars. Thanks guys.
This company was able to have my original comment removed by Yelp. My car was hit, another car had trash completely shoved under it. I couldn't believe what was happening to my stored vehicles. After asking for the footage for the hit and run, they gave me a copy completely coded. It was impossible to review the accident that took place. Management never apologized for any of those actions, she just said she'll review. Very corrupt place to store your vehicles, I can only imagine actual storage. For a myriad of reasons, we do not typically share footage with customers directly, which is why we instructed you to have your insurance company or the police reach out to us.
In process of moving and need additional storage we found this self storage location nearby our home and very convenient. Maria helped us with the different option of storage and picked out the best for us. Very helpful. Would refer to anyone who need self storage here.

Looking for a self storage and find this place. Maria is the girl who served me with such good manners and consideration. This place is super clean and my storage room even got a 50% off for the first 2 months. Elevator is so close to my storage with company carts you can use. Highly recommended
