I rented a storage unit for donations for a major fund raising yard sale in Montebello for a young Girl with Autism. I expected a little more support for our cause but didn't get any. We were offered a discount for the first month, but no discount for the second month even though we were only going to use the unit another two weeks only.

Everyone was so great there. I had my things there for over a year and never had one problem. The place is completely clean (I wish my house was that clean!). My ONLY wish is that it was climate controlled when you're moving on really hot days here but my stuff came out as pristine as it went in. No security issues, everything was great. Totally recommend.

I had my stuff stored here for years. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and understanding. Storage is very well maintained and price for units are very competitive or lower. I highly recommend this storage. Thank you to the staff for years of great service

Moving is such a mixed bag of emotions. It can be exciting, fun, a little sad, exhausting, a chance to bond.. I've moved around quite a lot and have used several different storage units from Manhattan to Los Angeles. A1 is the best, Susan helped make the process so easy and fun. She was a joy to talk to, flexible to work with, I believe she gave me really good rates and was overall so helpful and sincere. Always just a warm smile and great attitude from Susan. Today was my first time here at this place. I had reserved a space online and I received courtesy call first thing in the morning from Susan. I have to say, Susan is the most wonderful lady to work with. She took the time to show me the space before I rented it. The coupon on the Yelp app was not working properly today, which would have allowed me to get 50% off my first month's rent, but all she needed was a screenshot sent to them, and there you go! 50% off my first month.
