First time here ... good location, nice staff here. Online reservation was very easy, staffs were very nice and helpful. Susan was being patience with me going through the process of getting a unit set up. Highly recommended here. Great price too.

The greatest strength of this business is the customer service. I've used them twice in the last 4 years and they have been very consistent. Shout out to Susan, fellow Morrissey fan! She is the best, the other gal too, always willing to help and are very smart about their jobs and responsibilities. The place is clean, safe, and has very convenient hours. I freaking hate moving but doing business with a professional place like this makes it better. Keep being great :)

I was helping my mom find a storage unit and couldn't decide between A-1's 10x17ft vs Public storage's 10X15ft. The prices were both competitive compared to other companies. I told my mom to visit both locations. My mom said the public storage she went to was dirty and the door is narrow. She didn't like it at all. But when she went to the A-1, she was very happy with the size of the storage, the cleanliness, and helpful staff. Susan was the one who helped her. Been renting here for about four months now, and A-1 has a great staff and way better prices than you would find with the other guys. What I get here I would pay triple somewhere else. It's very clean inside and if you have any questions someone is there to help.

This place may be clean but over the past 2 years of storing my things here, my rate has been raised twice. My original rent was under $80 a month. Today I received an email saying my rate will now be $92 a month. Its ridiculous. I didn't say anything the first time it was bumped to $86, or when they painted the inside walls inside and got a line of paint on my refrigerator. These rate hikes are dumb and I will be looking for another storage place immediately.

Easy setup online and came into the store the morning of my move to get a walkthrough and gate code. Susan was extremely helpful and such a delightful person to talk to. She was very patient with my questions and gave me a tour of the facility and showed me how to use the lift. She also lent my wife a hand when she came by herself and was having trouble opening our storage unit. All in all this place is well secured and Susan was the coolest person Ive met in awhile.
