My wife did a lot of storage for short to long term storage and came across A-1 in El Monte. The prices were cheaper than other competitors and quite frankly the service we received on every visit was outstanding. Maritza and Suzanne were extremely helpful and super friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone in need of short-term storage. Super convenient location off the 10.
This location has the best manager ever...Stephanie!! The other emplyees are very helpful as well but my dealings have been with Stephanie and she went above and beyond to take care of me. Someone backed into my unit and damaged the door which Stephanie made sure was taken care of right away. She had the door replace with a new one which works like a dream. Great service! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. What I really like about A-1 is how clean it is, the whole place is spotless. Its also very conveniently located right off the the 10 freeway.
