Ariel is very helpful and very nice she showed me 3 different units and had no problem. She showed me how to get my lock for free right here on Yelp and she earned this five star review.

I went in today to get a storage unit from A-1. They already had high Yelp ratings so I thought to try them out. The gal working there was friendly, informative and on top of her game. She made the leasing of the unit easy and was very efficient. They truly do have HIGH ratings for a reason. Kudos on your excellent customer service!
Business response:
Welcome to A-1! Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us.
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would because Maricela is absolutely wonderful! We have never rented a storage before so we were extremely nervous but Maricela eased all of our worries instantly. She is very professional and helpful. She showed us three different unit sizes that would match our needs. My mom gets stressed easily so she asked Maricela if she could please write all the information down so my mom can easily remember incase she forgets. Maricela was more than welcome to do so! She explained everything so ... read more

staff here are extremely rude. I called to see about prices I was greet with outstanding customer service , but when I showed up about an hour later to sign some papers and get my stuffed moved into my unit. That same lady that was so nice over the phone was a complete ***** to my husband and I !! That is just one of the incidents. I'm not sure if the gentleman that also works here is not any nicer. I wouldn't suggest this place not only because of the horrible customer service that I have experienced here but their storage... read more

Hi Veronica! We take all reviews seriously, but after carefully checking our records, we have no record of speaking with or assisting someone with your name. Additionally, we did not have any male staff members working at the time you left your review, which leads us to believe this review may have been intended for a different facility in the area. That said, we pride ourselves on respectful, professional customer service and well-maintained units. If you ever have questions about our pricing, availability, or cleanliness s... read more
