I would appreciate if they could also offer pick up or vans rental service. When you are not a professional you may find that stuff does not fit in your car!!!

After checking out other similar storage facilities in the area, we chose A-1 Lake Forest because of (1) better prices and (2) access to storage units 365 days a year. We ruled out the facilities that don't offer access to units on major holidays. Our 40-hour work week forces us to handle stored items on holidays as well as weekends, so A-1 was our obvious choice. We have not been disappointed. Clean, secure, and the customer service by Billy is great.

Just your typical storage place. They hook and switch. I came in with a 39 per month catch. I needed insurance right off the bat, so it went up to 49. Understandable that there's insurance rates. Half way through my first year it goes up to 57 dollars. Now 1 year later it goes up again. What started with 39 dollars a month, is now 59 dollars and most likely rising. I've been meaning to write a review for a little while now and I keep forgetting, but a Friday afternoon is as good as any time to catch up on some thank-you's. However, as I scroll through these reviews, Im a little astonished at how many people beat me to it. This place is awesome, and it's awesome because of Billy. Period. This is my second stint at this particular location and they are as awesome as ever. We've worked with Maricela on both occasions and she's cool, calm, and professional. The storage facilities are clean and the employees have all been helpful. The second floor units do get a bit warm during the summer, but I think that has more to do with the recent heat waves. Access is very controlled. Check their website for regular specials.

We picked this storage company based on the location. It was very close to our house. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff . The storage units were what we were looking for. The location was convenient. I felt very comfortable and confident about putting my stuff here. I really liked the staff. You do receive free boxes with check-in, so that was a bonus!

Great staff great rates very friendly!! Easy access to units! Very helpful when moving is a pain in the butt!!
