Why do you guys charge extra for air conditioned units when the ac is barely running in that part of the facility. It used to be nice, crisp and cool since because you actually had the ac set to a normal cool temperature but lately in the last few months I notice every time I am down there it's stuffy and muggy and I sweat the second I step off the elevator. Thank you for your honest feedback, Steve!
I am a current customer at this facility and I have to say GREAT job A1 at hiring a new manager. She is awesome and super helpful. She is in the office when I visit and always answers the phone. The previous guy had poor communication skills. I had been asking him for a few months to downgrade my unit and a unit was never available. It took the new girl a week to find me a better unit and now I'm saving $98
