I stored my items here for a year and have to say, the service and attention to detail provided by the unit and the unit's staff were fantastic. The facility always felt clean and accessible. Enjoyed my experience with this business.

My husband and I recently rented a storage unit here and the office manager, Crystal, is a pleasure to work with. She made the experience easy. This storage place is great as they hold your spot for you. We knew we needed a storage unit a couple of weeks before we wanted to move in. They held onto it for us without making us pay for the time we weren't actually using it. A great place with great staff.

Why do you guys charge extra for air conditioned units when the ac is barely running in that part of the facility. It used to be nice, crisp and cool since because you actually had the ac set to a normal cool temperature but lately in the last few months I notice every time I am down there it's stuffy and muggy and I sweat the second I step off the elevator. I am a current customer at this facility and I have to say GREAT job A1 at hiring a new manager. She is awesome and super helpful. She is in the office when I visit and always answers the phone. The previous guy had poor communication skills. I had been asking him for a few months to downgrade my unit and a unit was never available. It took the new girl a week to find me a better unit and now I'm saving $98

Made an online reservation for a 10×20 went to look at the unit I liked it drive up easy access the wonderful manager Crystal was the one that helped me out to see the unit she got me processed and in their system very fast actually. Their facility is well taken care of and clean. I'm very satisfied with everything especially the customer service she gave me. Oh and they have great access hours!
